Responsibilities
- Map local funding sources and develop resource mobilisation strategies aligned with national and provincial priorities
- Support budget advocacy, innovative financing and public-private partnerships
- Develop communication strategies, policy briefs, infographics and advocacy tools
- Design monitoring and evaluation frameworks and track political and financial commitments
- Coordinate multi-stakeholder platforms and strengthen civil society and community advocacy capacity
- Lead preparation of the National Cholera Forum and participate in technical Ministry of Health meetings
- Support annual operational plans, budgets and investment cases for PMSEC activities
- Provide technical support on cholera prevention, control and response in line with GTFCC guidance
Requirements
- Advanced university degree in social and administrative sciences, international relations, political science, communication or a related field
- At least ten years of professional field experience in humanitarian or development programming
- At least five years of professional experience in resource mobilisation and advocacy
- Full professional proficiency in spoken and written French
- Knowledge of local languages
