Responsibilities
- Maintain strategic partnerships and donor relationships for the country office
- Implement resource-mobilisation strategies and support due-diligence processes
- Coordinate development and amendment of strategic notes and work plans
- Guide corporate monitoring, annual reporting and follow-up on critical actions
- Support UN-system accountability tools for gender equality
- Coordinate inter-agency planning under the cooperation framework and common country assessment
- Support gender-theme and results groups with the Resident Coordinator’s Office
- Prepare analytical progress reports and inputs for regional and global coordination
Requirements
- Egyptian nationality
- Master’s degree in economics, business management, social sciences, public administration, international relations, communications, women’s studies or a related field, or a first-level degree with two additional years of qualifying experience
- At least two years of relevant experience in research, donor relations, resource mobilisation or business development
- Experience with the UN system or another international organisation in similar assignments
- Experience in gender equality and women’s empowerment
- Fluency in English and Arabic
