Responsibilities
- Finalize the WHO Afghanistan Investment Case for 2027 to 2028
- Develop funding narratives and donor-facing materials
- Map prospective traditional and non-traditional partners
- Lead strategic planning and resource-prioritization exercises
- Develop funding scenarios and management briefing materials
- Support proposals, donor reports and partnership initiatives
- Strengthen planning and resource-mobilization tools
Requirements
- Advanced university degree in international relations, public policy, development studies, public health, political science, economics, law or business administration
- Five to ten years of progressively responsible experience in resource mobilization, partnerships, external relations or strategic planning
- International experience supporting health, humanitarian, emergency or development programmes in fragile settings
- Experience designing resource-mobilization and partnership strategies
- Experience leading multi-stakeholder strategic planning processes
- Excellent English drafting ability for strategic and donor-facing products
