Responsibilities
- Develop, write and submit concept notes, funding proposals and donor-facing materials
- Source and synthesize evidence and case studies for proposal narratives
- Translate internal budgets into donor templates with coherent budget narratives
- Develop investment cases and investment-ready financing proposals
- Coordinate end-to-end proposal development including timelines and version control
- Consolidate inputs from technical teams, budgets and results frameworks
- Ensure compliance with UN/WHO guidelines and donor requirements
Requirements
- Advanced university degree in social sciences, public health, international development, public policy, communications or related field
- Band B: more than five years relevant experience developing multi-million-dollar funding proposals or investment cases; Band C: over ten years of such experience
