Responsibilities

  • Develop, write and submit concept notes, funding proposals and donor-facing materials
  • Source and synthesize evidence and case studies for proposal narratives
  • Translate internal budgets into donor templates with coherent budget narratives
  • Develop investment cases and investment-ready financing proposals
  • Coordinate end-to-end proposal development including timelines and version control
  • Consolidate inputs from technical teams, budgets and results frameworks
  • Ensure compliance with UN/WHO guidelines and donor requirements

Requirements

  • Advanced university degree in social sciences, public health, international development, public policy, communications or related field
  • Band B: more than five years relevant experience developing multi-million-dollar funding proposals or investment cases; Band C: over ten years of such experience
