Responsibilities

  • Lead implementation of the organisational effectiveness and efficiency component of the Strategic Plan
  • Align strategic planning, performance monitoring, risk management and accountability mechanisms
  • Lead quarterly business reviews and annual organisational-effectiveness reporting
  • Oversee follow-up to internal audit recommendations and other oversight findings
  • Integrate enterprise risk information into planning, resource allocation and senior decisions
  • Advise senior management and offices on governance, accountability and organisational effectiveness
  • Lead organisational-design, restructuring and business-transformation initiatives
  • Manage divisional resources and provide quality assurance for management submissions

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in business administration, management, computer science, economics, international development or a related field
  • First-level university degree with 2 additional years of qualifying experience may substitute for the advanced degree
  • At least 10 years of experience in business transformation, change management or organisational development in a large or international institution
  • Experience developing strategy or leading business-transformation processes for a global organisation
  • Experience in management, administration, business processes, accountability or related fields
