Responsibilities
- Coordinate project outputs, activities, schedules and budgets across seven countries
- Manage risks, results monitoring, evaluation and donor reporting
- Oversee procurement, recruitment, contracts and responsible-party agreements
- Supervise the biodiversity project management unit and national coordinators
- Support project governance bodies and regional or global counterparts
- Build partnerships with governments, civil society, businesses and donors
- Organize capacity building and maintain project knowledge platforms
- Support resource mobilization, advocacy and project development
Requirements
- Nationality and residence in Antigua and Barbuda, Barbados, Dominica, Grenada, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia or Saint Vincent and the Grenadines
- Master’s degree in environmental science, environmental management, engineering, economics, international development, international relations, project management or a related field, or a bachelor’s degree with two additional years of experience
- At least two years of relevant experience with a master’s degree or four years with a bachelor’s degree
- Experience managing project scope, timelines and delivery
- Fluency in English
