Job Description
Supports UNFPA Sierra Leone's monitoring, evaluation and reporting framework across sexual and reproductive health, gender-based violence and population programmes. The role strengthens results planning, data quality, analysis, field monitoring and evidence-based reporting with programme teams and implementing partners.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Support results planning, M&E frameworks and country-programme workplans
- Track programme results against targets and support project reviews
- Collect, analyse and quality-check monitoring data with implementing partners
- Design and deploy mixed-method data-collection protocols
- Develop reporting templates and synthesize indicators into analytical reports and dashboards
- Plan and lead monitoring visits across Sierra Leone
- Maintain and optimise monitoring databases for senior decision-making
- Support evaluation planning, use of findings and M&E capacity development
Role Requirements
- University degree in statistics, social sciences, demography, public health, economics or a related field
- At least three years of relevant experience in monitoring and evaluation, data collection or programme management
- Experience planning and implementing project-monitoring activities with stakeholders
- Ability to synthesize programme-performance data and produce analytical reports
- Good analytical, report-writing and computer skills
