Overview
Supports UNFPA Cameroon’s transition between country programmes by strengthening results planning, data quality, performance monitoring and institutional reporting. The consultancy maintains evidence systems, supports evaluations and helps programme teams and partners use findings for accountable decisions.

Responsibilities
- Support results planning, monitoring and results-based management for the country programme
- Consolidate and verify programme data from implementing partners
- Maintain indicators, dashboards, databases and UNINFO reporting
- Prepare periodic programme, donor and institutional reports
- Support field monitoring, evaluations and follow-up of recommendations
- Document results, good practices and lessons learned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, monitoring and evaluation or an accepted related route
- At least four years of project-management and monitoring and evaluation experience
- Knowledge of results-based management approaches
- Experience with adolescent, youth, sexual and reproductive health, gender-based violence or HIV programmes
- Mastery of either French or English with good working ability in the other
- Availability for field missions
