Overview
The OSCE seeks a seconded Investigator in Vienna to assess misconduct allegations, plan and conduct administrative investigations, preserve and analyse evidence, interview witnesses, write investigation reports, follow up recommendations, and strengthen fraud-risk assessment and internal controls.

Responsibilities
- Assess incoming allegations and recommend whether to open investigations
- Plan and conduct administrative investigations into fraud, misconduct and regulatory violations
- Interview witnesses, analyse evidence and maintain chain of custody and due process
- Draft closure and investigation reports with corrective recommendations
- Follow up implementation and adequacy of investigation recommendations
- Develop fraud-risk assessments, prevention strategies and control improvements
Requirements
- First-level university degree in law, criminal justice, business administration, accounting or another relevant discipline
- At least seven years of relevant experience, or five years with a relevant second-level degree
- Experience investigating complex fraud, corruption or misconduct cases
- Professional fluency in English
- Nationality of an OSCE participating State and nomination by that State
