Responsibilities
- Lead development of the IMED monitoring and evaluation framework
- Draft the proposed monitoring and evaluation act and supporting rules
- Develop training modules for implementation of the strengthened monitoring and evaluation system
- Align the framework with results-based management and national planning processes
- Work with the national consultant and IMED counterparts to complete the assignment
Requirements
- Master's degree in social sciences, law, monitoring and evaluation, project management, development studies, economics or a related field
- Ten years of experience in the project monitoring and evaluation sector
- Proven experience drafting monitoring and evaluation frameworks, acts, rules and training modules
- Five years of practical experience in project management and operations
- Fluency in English
