Ingénieur(e) génie électrique

UNOPS seeks an electrical engineer to supervise PRODIVAC infrastructure works in Brazzaville, assuring the quality and safety of solar and electrical installations, managing contractors and technical risks, validating deliverables and coordinating project stakeholders.

Department: PRODIVAC

• Monitor electrical and solar installations against designs and technical specifications
• Supervise commissioning, performance and safety tests
• Document non-conformities and implement corrective actions with contractors
• Manage electrical subcontractors, schedules, contractual deliverables and quality standards
• Assess technical and electrical-safety risks and report mitigation measures
• Coordinate contractors, suppliers, authorities and project stakeholders
• Support training and knowledge sharing on construction and project management

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field with two years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree in the field with no required experience
• Professional experience in electrical engineering or a related field
• Fluent French

• The local individual contractor appointment is for one year
• The role supports PRODIVAC infrastructure delivery in Brazzaville
