Civil Engineer (Budget Specialist)

UNOPS seeks a remote LICA-8 Civil Engineer in Brazil to analyse construction budgets, review project and licensing documents, support planning and ensure quality, safety, environmental and social standards. The role combines technical delivery, coordination and clear reporting.

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering with two years experience, or relevant master degree
• Basic English
• Fluent Portuguese

• Remote retainer; site travel may be required
