Responsibilities
- Develop NMAS-compliant IEDD and Counter-IED training materials
- Plan and deliver technical training-of-trainers courses
- Assess participants before and after courses and provide individual feedback
- Mentor graduates as they begin delivering their own training
- Coordinate participants, schedules, logistics and course requirements with partners
- Maintain attendance records and produce cohort and final programme reports
Requirements
- Master’s degree with five years, bachelor’s degree with seven years, or technical or professional diploma with nine years of relevant experience
- IMAS-equivalent IEDD Level 3 qualification demonstrating competency at level 09.31
- Recent operational IEDD Level 3 and Counter-IED experience in an IED-threat environment
- Experience developing and delivering technical or law-enforcement courses
- Experience training or mentoring national law-enforcement personnel in conflict or post-conflict settings
- Proficiency with specialist IED detectors
- Fluency in English
