Overview
Advises MSF country teams on health-programme quality, implementation and patient safety. The role coordinates technical support, monitors results and compliance, strengthens clinical governance and medical supply management, and helps teams make sound decisions during routine operations and emergencies.

Responsibilities
- Support implementation of health programmes across assigned countries
- Monitor programme processes, results, quality assurance and patient-safety goals
- Ensure compliance with country health policies, strategies, procedures and tools
- Advise country management teams and share health-programme best practices
- Contribute to proposals, control cycles and quality-improvement initiatives
- Oversee medical supply management and implementation of required tools
- Brief and debrief staff to maintain insight into country contexts and programme needs
- Visit project teams, support emergency responses and cover Medical Coordinator gaps
Requirements
- Registration as a medical, paramedical or public-health professional
- At least six years of experience with MSF or a comparable humanitarian organisation, including senior medical-management experience
- Broad knowledge of clinical governance, health information systems, medical ethics, medical supply management and human-resource management
- Current residence in, or willingness to relocate to, the Netherlands
