Gender Justice Project Analyst

Coordinates regional programmes advancing women’s judicial leadership and gender-responsive justice across Asia and the Pacific. The role manages the Women Judges Network, develops policy evidence, tracks results and builds partnerships among judiciaries, country offices and development actors.

Department: Rule of Law, Human Rights and Security Unit

• Manage implementation of the Asia-Pacific Women Judges Network and related initiatives
• Develop workplans, budgets, procurement plans and risk controls for regional delivery
• Coordinate judicial leadership events, peer exchanges, mentoring and consultations
• Produce research, policy analysis and practical tools on gender-responsive justice
• Monitor results and prepare donor reports, briefings and management updates
• Build partnerships with judiciaries, UN entities, academia, civil society and donors

• Advanced degree in law, gender, human rights, political science, international relations or another social science, or bachelor’s degree with two additional years of qualifying experience
• At least two years of relevant experience with a master’s degree or four years with a bachelor’s degree
• Experience supporting and coordinating programmes in justice, rule of law, human rights or related fields
• Experience managing multi-country initiatives and knowledge exchanges
• Fluency in written and spoken English
