Job Description
Produces protection-sensitive communications and donor reporting that demonstrate refugee inclusion and self-reliance in Thailand. The officer develops content plans, gathers evidence and human-interest stories, coordinates multimedia campaigns and donor products, maintains approved information repositories, and adapts advocacy messages for government, donors, partners, media and public audiences.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Develop content and reporting plans for refugee inclusion and self-reliance
- Produce protection-sensitive human-interest stories and advocacy content
- Create web, social-media, photo, video and fact-sheet content packages
- Gather and verify evidence from offices, partners, employers and refugees
- Draft donor reports, proposals and updates to required formats
- Monitor published-content effectiveness and recommend improvements
Role Requirements
- Four years of relevant experience with a doctorate, five with a graduate degree or six with an undergraduate degree
- Degree in political science, social science, international relations, journalism or related fields
- Humanitarian field-operations experience and knowledge of local institutions, politics and culture
- Knowledge of English and the UN working language of the duty station
