Job Description
Lead thematic design and analysis for UNICEF’s evaluation of child-protection systems strengthening and violence against children programmes. This six-month remote consultancy will shape evaluation methods, evidence synthesis, country reporting, validation and communication products across two global workstreams

Summary of Responsibilities
- Refine evaluation frameworks, theories of change, methods and data-collection protocols
- Lead thematic analysis and triangulation of qualitative and quantitative evidence
- Ensure quality of country reports, consultations and validation workshops
- Draft evaluation products and tailored communications to promote use of findings
Role Requirements
- Advanced university degree in child protection, social work, law, public health, gender studies, social policy or international development
- Minimum ten years of progressively responsible violence-against-children or child-protection experience
- Fluency in written and spoken English
Desired Criteria
- Multi-country evaluation or evidence-synthesis experience
- French or Spanish working knowledge
- Foresight methods experience
