Overview

Responsibilities
- Design and conduct project, programme, thematic and geographic evaluations
- Compose and manage multidisciplinary evaluation teams
- Apply rigorous qualitative and quantitative methods to assess outcomes and impacts
- Prepare and quality-assure evaluation reports, briefs, papers and presentations
- Develop evaluation methodologies and reproducible analytical practices
- Collaborate across FAO and UN evaluation networks to promote evidence use
Requirements
- Advanced degree focused on research and evaluation methods in a listed relevant discipline
- At least three years of relevant evaluation experience
- Working knowledge of English
- Intermediate knowledge of another official FAO language
- At least three peer-reviewed publications demonstrating relevant evaluation expertise
