Responsibilities
- Analyse Malaysia’s rights-to-health, work and social-security context and data gaps
- Map human-rights standards, laws, policies and mechanism recommendations
- Design structural, process and outcome indicators with benchmarks and data sources
- Integrate disaggregation and accountability into the framework
- Facilitate validation and finalise the tool, indicator matrix and user guide
Requirements
- Advanced degree in a relevant field, or a first degree with two additional years of qualifying experience
- At least five years of economic, social and cultural rights research and analysis in Malaysia
- Experience in human-rights monitoring using indicators and socioeconomic or budgetary data
- Malay language proficiency
