Responsibilities
- Organise, lead, plan and coordinate shielding-effectiveness testing for deployable, static and maritime CIS and enclosed infrastructures
- Maintain a planning and scheduling framework that aligns resources with organisational goals and service delivery targets
- Build a high-performance technician team through delegation, coaching and succession planning
- Standardise best practices and improve E3 service processes for efficiency and quality
- Monitor E3 service KPIs and propose measurement or reporting changes to maintain relevance and accuracy
Requirements
- Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with four years of post-related experience, or secondary education with six years of post-related experience
- At least two years of practical experience in electromagnetic interference, E3 or a relevant discipline
- Knowledge of EMC theory
- Good knowledge of electromagnetic pulse and lightning protection, antenna and wave propagation, electrical distribution and safety measures
- Fluency in written and spoken English
