ET Consultant (Regional Engagement Analyst)

Connects World Bank country and regional teams with digital, geospatial and advisory solutions that improve project design, monitoring and decision-making. The consultant leads engagement for the Regional Operations Studio, increasing awareness, adoption and practical use of ITS Country Engagement services.

• Serve as the focal point for Regional Operations Studio products, advisory services and innovation initiatives
• Coordinate workshops, demonstrations and co-design sessions with country teams and specialists
• Capture operational needs and connect stakeholders to suitable digital, geospatial or advisory pathways
• Promote adoption of geospatial products through outreach, clinics, roadshows and targeted engagement
• Develop presentations and map-based narratives that show how geospatial insights support operations

• Master's degree with five years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's degree with seven years of relevant experience
• Strong stakeholder engagement, relationship-building, communication, presentation and facilitation skills
• Understanding of technology, AI, data and geospatial solutions for operational teams
• Basic familiarity with geospatial technologies, location-based data and geospatial analysis
• Proficiency in English
