Agile Coach

Coaches World Bank technology teams and leaders to adopt agile ways of working, improve delivery flow and strengthen accountability. The role supports IT operating-model transformation through practical facilitation, delivery metrics, executive communication and continuous improvement.

• Coach teams and leaders in Scrum, Kanban and other Agile frameworks
• Facilitate workshops to clarify goals, improve collaboration and accelerate delivery
• Improve backlog management, prioritisation and workflow practices
• Identify delivery bottlenecks and implement practical process improvements
• Strengthen team roles, ownership models and cross-functional collaboration
• Support use of Azure DevOps for work management and delivery tracking
• Guide leaders and stakeholders on Agile adoption and transformation outcomes

• Master's degree with 10 years of experience, or Bachelor's degree with at least 12 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination
• Experience in IT operating-model change, transformation enablement and organisational change
• Experience using delivery and planning tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira
• Agile coaching, product-management or change-enablement certification as specified
