Summary of Responsibilities
- Elicit and document business, clinical and technical requirements
- Manage the product backlog, user stories and Agile delivery events
- Review solution designs and vendor deliverables against requirements
- Document integration, data-flow and migration requirements
- Coordinate system, regression and user-acceptance testing
- Prepare training materials and support implementation and adoption
- Maintain project reports, risks, decisions and governance documentation
Role Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering, health informatics, business information technology or a related field
- Relevant experience in technical business analysis, digital transformation, software implementation or information-systems projects
- Hands-on experience across the system development lifecycle
- Experience with Agile delivery, product backlogs, testing and vendor coordination
- Fluency in Arabic and English
Desired Criteria
- Professional certification in business analysis, Agile, product ownership, project management or software testing
- Experience with system integrations, APIs, data mapping or migration
- Experience with electronic medical records or complex enterprise systems

- Official qualification states “Minimum seven (6) years”; no single numeric minimum is saved
- Consultancy is based at UNRWA HQA Amman and limited to local candidates
- Monthly remuneration: JOD 1,190.44 for each fully completed month
- Contract duration is 12 months; extension depends on funds, need and satisfactory performance
- Reports to the Senior Project Manager (Health Information Systems) in the Digital Impact, Technology and Innovation Department
