Supports corporate digital transformation by assisting user research, design thinking workshops, process documentation, reusable templates and AI-first process design.

Department: Corporate Digital Acceleration Unit

• Support qualitative and quantitative user research studies
• Help design and facilitate design thinking workshops and design sprints
• Document and automate best practices and standard operating procedures
• Research industry best practices for research and workshop design
• Create reusable templates for the Design Thinking team toolkit
• Design AI-first processes for streamlined digital corporate functions
• Collaborate with Digital Acceleration colleagues to integrate insights from different practices
• Perform other support tasks as required
