Job Description
Conduct a national mapping of migrant, child-protection and trafficking-response systems in Kyrgyzstan. The consultants will review laws and service pathways, lead stakeholder research and deliver a validated report and practical SOP guidance to strengthen protection outcomes for vulnerable migrants

Summary of Responsibilities
- Review protection laws, policies, SOPs and service-delivery mechanisms
- Conduct interviews and field observations with national stakeholders
- Identify protection gaps and develop actionable recommendations
- Prepare mapping reports and validated SOP guidance
Role Requirements
- Advanced degree in a relevant field or bachelor degree with additional relevant experience
- At least 5 years in migration, trafficking, child protection or social protection
- Fluency in Kyrgyz or Russian and proficiency in English
Desired Criteria
- Knowledge of Kyrgyzstan and Central Asia
- Existing national networks and related assignments
