Consultant to Prepare a Study on the Impact of Cash Assistance and Care Services on Older Persons in Palestine

Conducts a comprehensive remote study of cash assistance and care services for older persons in Palestine, producing evidence, policy analysis and practical recommendations to strengthen inclusive social protection and service delivery in the West Bank and Gaza.

• Prepare the study inception report and research methodology
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative data collection in the West Bank and Gaza
• Analyze cash assistance and care-service effectiveness
• Identify policy and operational gaps in social-protection delivery
• Prepare and revise the final study and policy recommendations

• Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
• At least 7 years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Fluency in Arabic
• Legal right to work in the specified location

• Experience with national ministries, UN agencies or international organizations
• Knowledge of the Palestinian social protection system
