Responsibilities
- Review literature on successes and challenges of the 2030 Agenda and SDG framework
- Prepare an initial discussion-paper draft for ESCWA review and consultation
- Participate in the regional consultation with voluntary national review focal points
- Facilitate consultation discussions and deliver interventions as requested
- Synthesize consultation outcomes into the final approved paper
- Illustrate findings with concrete examples from the Arab region and globally
Requirements
- Master’s degree in public policy, economics, social development or a related field
- At least 15 years of progressive public-policy formulation, implementation, analysis and research experience in the Arab region
- Fluency in English and Arabic
