Consultant Expert in Cybercrime Training and Curriculum Development

Designs and delivers specialised cybercrime training for investigators, prosecutors and judges in Central America. The consultancy develops curricula and practical guides, updates Panama’s digital-evidence guidance and leads workshops on malware, dark web, artificial intelligence and forensic testimony.

Department: Global Programme on Cybercrime

• Design and deliver simulated-trial workshops on online child sexual exploitation and online scams
• Deliver training on cyberattacks and malware for justice-sector practitioners
• Deliver workshops on presenting forensic findings before courts
• Deliver training on dark web and artificial intelligence use in criminal investigations
• Update Panama’s technical guideline on digital evidence
• Develop cybercrime study programmes for investigators, prosecutors and judges
• Produce participant study guides and trainer instruction guides for each programme

• Advanced university degree in Cybercrime Investigation, Digital Forensics or a related field, or a first-level degree with two additional years of qualifying experience
• At least five years of experience implementing training programmes for law-enforcement and justice officers in digital forensics and cybercrime investigation
• Oral and written fluency in Spanish
• Availability for travel to Costa Rica and Panama
