Summary of Responsibilities
- Plan and manage the Bebbo push-notification cycle
- Manage user feedback channels and app-store correspondence
- Produce newsletters, outreach materials and visibility products
- Support country offices with communications planning and content localisation
- Coordinate translation workflows and quality assurance
- Analyse engagement metrics to improve communications decisions
- Document and share good practices across participating countries
- Support monitoring, evaluation, research and learning communications
Role Requirements
- Master’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing, digital media, social or behavioural sciences, international relations, development studies or a related field, or a relevant bachelor’s degree with two additional years of experience
- Minimum eight years of progressively responsible experience in digital communications, social marketing and content creation
- At least three years supporting parenting, early childhood, health or comparable programmes, or consumer-facing digital products
- Experience managing push-notification, CRM or lifecycle messaging campaigns
- Experience producing newsletters and outreach materials for institutional audiences
- Experience supporting multiple country or field teams remotely
- Fluency in English
Desired Criteria
- Familiarity with early childhood development and parenting programmes
- Familiarity with Digital Public Goods and open-source solutions
- Knowledge of survey design and basic analysis
- Experience with content management systems and localisation management
- Previous UNICEF or UN agency experience
