Collaborate on a Structured Knowledge Management Model

Supports the Ibero-American Programme for Strengthening South-South Cooperation to develop a structured knowledge-management model for Brazil's ABC and Mexico's AMEXCID. The volunteer conducts benchmarking, maps knowledge processes, designs tools and protocols, supports pilot implementation and consolidates lessons, recommendations and a final report on South-South cooperation knowledge management.

• Participate in benchmarking meetings and prepare comparative reports
• Map intra-agency and inter-agency knowledge-management processes
• Design knowledge-management tools, roles and coordination mechanisms
• Develop protocols for using project evaluations and systematising lessons learned
• Support pilot implementation and document improvements
• Consolidate a final knowledge-management project report
