Strengthens community participation in sexual and reproductive health programming by connecting women’s and adolescents’ organisations with municipal authorities and health services, facilitating dialogue and training, and documenting commitments and learning.

• Plan community activities and conduct participatory assessments in priority municipalities
• Map and characterise social, women’s, adolescent and migrant organisations, community leaders and institutions
• Coordinate activities with institutional and community actors and convene intercultural dialogue
• Facilitate community workshops on sexual and reproductive rights, gender equality, adolescent pregnancy and gender-based violence prevention
• Promote health activities and strengthen the leadership and participation of women and adolescents
• Support citizen participation, community advocacy and social mobilisation on sexual and reproductive health
• Track community and institutional commitments and consolidate participant and organisation databases
• Document agreements, good practices and lessons learned and maintain activity evidence and reports

• At least two years of experience in community work, social participation, coordination with social organisations and event development or facilitation
• Residence in Santa Cruz de la Sierra must be stated in the candidate profile
• Spanish is required

• Remote short-term full-time UN Volunteer assignment
• Monthly subsidy of BOB 3,701 with medical insurance and learning-platform access
• Accident health insurance covers the volunteer only and dependants cannot be registered
