Associate HR Policy and Employee Relations Expert

Supports development and interpretation of UNIDO human-resources policy and advises on employee-relations cases, appeals and disciplinary matters. The expert researches international administrative law, prepares legal analysis and helps maintain consistent, defensible personnel decisions.

• Research and draft human-resources policies and guidance
• Advise managers and personnel on policy interpretation and employee relations
• Analyze appeals, disciplinary matters and international administrative-law precedent
• Prepare memoranda, briefs, letters and legal submissions

• Advanced university degree in law, human-resources management or a similar field
• At least three years of experience in HR policy development or international administrative law concerning appeals and discipline
• Excellent written and spoken English

• International consultant appointment limited to the specified project with no expectation of renewal
