Responsibilities
- Contribute to working groups reviewing internal legislation
- Draft internal legislation and related amendments
- Advise HR Management and stakeholders on Staff Rules, regulations, policies and procedures
- Handle cases before CERN internal dispute resolution and advisory boards
- Perform legal research and analysis for legal opinions, memoranda and correspondence
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience as a legal adviser in an intergovernmental organisation practicing international administrative law
- Master's degree or equivalent relevant experience in law, international public or administrative law or a related field
- Spoken and written English and French in professional contexts
- Nationality of a CERN Member State or Associate Member State, excluding specified ceiling-restricted nationalities for 2026
- Relevant qualifications and professional experience
- No previous CERN staff contract
