Responsibilities

  • Analyse CERN-wide technical and technical-management training needs
  • Source internal and external partners and ensure training programme design, development and delivery
  • Coordinate digital learning design and delivery and manage digital partnerships
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through surveys, data analysis and reporting
  • Run the biennial Departmental Learning Strategy needs-collection process
  • Manage the Training Centre and related personnel
  • Coordinate and monitor the relevant training budget
  • Supervise a team of contractors, staff and a graduate

Requirements

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Learning Management Systems
  • Knowledge and experience of Oracle Fusion
  • Master's degree or equivalent relevant experience in HR, learning and development or a related field
  • Spoken and written English in professional contexts
  • Nationality of a CERN Member State or Associate Member State, excluding specified ceiling-restricted nationalities for 2026
  • Relevant qualifications and professional experience
  • No previous CERN staff contract
