Responsibilities

  • Conduct research on employment, administrative and international civil service law
  • Prepare legal memoranda, case summaries, briefing notes and research papers
  • Draft and edit legal correspondence, pleadings, submissions and other documents
  • Support case intake, fact gathering, preliminary analysis and issue identification
  • Support mediation, Peer Review Services and Administrative Tribunal proceedings
  • Maintain case files, track deadlines and protect confidential case materials
  • Support legal workload management, docketing and advisory calendars
  • Prepare training materials and legal updates on staff rights and internal justice processes
