Designs and delivers a practical training programme for Jordan’s Gender Institutional Seal assessors, building consistent evidence review, scoring, interviewing and reporting practice while evaluating participant readiness and advising KACE on a qualified assessor pool.

Responsibilities

  • Review Gender Seal criteria, evidence requirements and assessment guidance
  • Design the assessor training agenda, methodology, learning objectives and implementation plan
  • Prepare training materials, case studies, simulations and scoring-calibration exercises
  • Develop tools that measure participant performance and assessor readiness
  • Deliver interactive training on evidence review, interviewing, scoring and ethical conduct
  • Assess each participant through practical exercises and simulations
  • Provide individual and group feedback on assessor performance
  • Report training results and recommend candidates for the qualified assessor pool

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or equivalent in business, economics, social science or a related field, or a first university degree with two additional years of qualifying experience
  • Minimum seven years of experience in gender equality, women’s empowerment, institutional excellence, organisational development, assessment or related capacity-building work
  • Working knowledge of English
  • Fluency in Arabic
  • Jordanian nationality
