Responsibilities
- Monitor temporary shelters and neighbouring communities for adequate assistance and protection
- Assess needs, vulnerabilities and gaps in service delivery
- Support shelter governance and community-management mechanisms
- Promote inclusive participation of displaced and vulnerable groups
- Maintain information-sharing, feedback and accountability mechanisms
- Coordinate humanitarian actors, service providers and local authorities
- Support rapid assessments and emergency responses to new displacement
- Collect and report protection, site and humanitarian-planning information
Requirements
- Completed university education
- Previous experience in community work, support to displaced populations and operational activities
- Intercultural sensitivity and a gender-responsive approach
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure
- Availability to travel to other Venezuelan states
