Technical Studentship - Electrical / Electronics Engineering 2027-1New

Students gain supervised practical experience in electrical and electronics engineering at CERN, supporting installation, testing and maintenance of technical systems. The studentship develops practical engineering capability through hands-on activities and collaboration with specialists in an international research environment.

• Assist engineers, technicians and scientists in electrical and electronics engineering work
• Contribute to installation, testing and maintenance of electrical and electronic systems
• Undertake supervised day-to-day technical activities
• Collaborate and exchange ideas with an international multidisciplinary team

• Currently studying in the stated field or a related discipline
• Required or encouraged by the university to complete a practical training period
• Completed at least 18 months of studies at the time of selection
• National of a CERN Member State or Associate Member State
• Remain enrolled as a full-time student during the studentship
