Overview
Supports government-led social protection programmes in Zambézia by coordinating implementation, case management, capacity building, field monitoring, data analysis, reporting and partnerships to improve services and resilience for vulnerable children and families.

Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, monitor and report on Child Grant and ProSAS activities
- Coordinate case-management and programme rollout across five districts
- Train and supervise government counterparts and implementing partners
- Conduct field monitoring, analyse bottlenecks and recommend corrective action
- Prepare technical reports and maintain partnerships for stronger social protection
Requirements
- University degree in Social Policy, Social Protection, Child Protection, Anthropology, Sociology, Social Work, Development Studies, Public Administration, international law or another relevant social science
- At least seven years of professional experience in social development planning and management, social protection or child protection
- Field programme implementation experience and experience working with government counterparts
- Familiarity with Mozambique's social protection and child protection systems
- English and Portuguese
