Responsibilities
- Monitor construction activities and contractors on-site, track progress against workplans
- Conduct quality control and document progress of works
- Conduct technical assessments of damaged buildings and engineering networks
- Monitor compliance with donors' Health and Safety measures
- Draft Bills of Quantities and Bills of Materials
- Update programme trackers on cost, schedule, quality and H&S
Requirements
- 7 years experience supporting construction or rehabilitation projects
- 7 years experience as site engineer/foreman/construction site manager
- Knowledge of Ukrainian building codes and standards
