- Coordinate surge working groups, regional roadmaps and partner networks
- Maintain deployment databases, registers and competency frameworks
- Design training, evaluations and quality-assurance improvements
- Develop project proposals and manage surge-related resources and finances
Requirements
- University degree and disaster-management training
- At least seven years of relevant disaster-management experience
- Red Cross or Red Crescent experience
- Fluency in English
- Legal eligibility to work in a country where IFRC has an office
