Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritise climate-smart agriculture investments
- Prepare finance-ready concepts, proposals and investment packages
- Develop climate-finance strategies and donor engagement plans
- Train ministry and regional staff in project preparation and fundraising
- Strengthen monitoring, reporting and knowledge-management systems
- Integrate climate-smart agriculture into sector policies and plans
- Coordinate government, finance, private-sector and development partners
Requirements
- Master's degree with 5 years of relevant experience or bachelor's degree with 7 years
- Experience in climate-smart agriculture, climate finance or agricultural investment planning
- Experience developing agricultural investment plans and proposals
- Fluency in English and Amharic
- Ethiopian nationality or valid residence permit
