Responsibilities
- Conduct water-resource assessments, feasibility studies, modelling and risk analysis
- Review project documents, policies, strategies and technical studies for quality
- Advise on irrigation, hydrology, water governance, infrastructure and ecosystem restoration
- Apply GIS, remote sensing, hydroinformatics and digital water approaches
- Deliver capacity development, stakeholder consultation and institutional-strengthening support
- Contribute to monitoring, evaluation, reporting and knowledge management
Requirements
- Relevant advanced degree for consultant assignments, or an eligible university or technical qualification for PSA assignments
- At least five years of water-resources-management experience
- Working knowledge of English
- Demonstrated expertise in at least one listed water discipline
