Responsibilities

  • Assess sites and specify climate-resilient technology packages
  • Validate suppliers and conduct technical due diligence
  • Supervise installation, testing and commissioning
  • Train farmer cooperatives in operation and maintenance
  • Monitor performance, efficiency and cost-effectiveness
  • Prepare technical documentation and donor-report inputs

Requirements

  • University degree in agriculture, agricultural engineering, agricultural and biosystems engineering, agrometeorology or a related sustainable-development field
  • At least five years of relevant agriculture, rural development, agricultural engineering, mechanisation or infrastructure experience
  • Full proficiency in English
  • Excellent written and oral communication in English and Filipino
  • Nationality of the Philippines
  • Licensed Agricultural and Biosystems Engineer
  • Willingness to travel to project sites
