Resource Mobilization and Business Development

Mobilises investors, partners and donors for women’s economic empowerment, food security and climate resilience initiatives. The consultancy promotes a planned financing hub, develops pitch materials, supports due diligence and strengthens fundraising and investment pipelines through targeted outreach.

Department: Philippines Country Office

• Secure investor and partner support for women’s economic empowerment, food security and climate resilience initiatives
• Develop pitch decks and presentations positioning the planned hub’s vision and value
• Guide due-diligence processes and provide technical support to prospective partners
• Coordinate meetings and outreach that strengthen fundraising and investment pipelines
• Support fundraising activity and the launch of the hub and financing facility

• Master’s degree in economics, business management, social sciences, public administration, international relations, communications, women’s studies or a related field, or a bachelor’s degree with two additional years of qualifying experience
• At least two years of progressively responsible experience in business, marketing, communication or private-sector engagement
• Experience with gender equality and development financing in the Philippines
• Experience engaging the private sector and developing fundraising strategies for advocacy
• Experience producing reports, pitch decks, proposals and results-based reporting and facilitating interviews, consultations or workshops
• Fluency in English and Filipino

• Home-based consultancy reporting to the UN Women Philippines office as needed
• At least one mission may be required and will be arranged and paid separately by UN Women
• Reports to the Planning, Coordination and Programme Analyst
