Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, resources, budgets, schedules and risks
  • Coordinate project requirements with INADEH management units
  • Monitor implementation, budgets, schedules, scope changes and project risks
  • Prepare reports on completed, active and planned projects and alert the project manager to changes
  • Maintain organised and accessible technical and financial project documentation
  • Capture lessons learned and identify improvements to project-management practices
  • Deliver internal briefings, knowledge products and capacity-building materials and share project learning with partners

Requirements

  • Completed secondary education
  • Experience using Microsoft Office programmes, Zoom and training platforms
  • Fluency in Spanish
  • Permanent residence and a valid work permit for the contract period for non-national applicants
