Responsibilities
- Lead and strengthen knowledge-management systems across the Country Office
- Support internal communication and organisational change processes
- Coordinate and track strategic priorities, leadership decisions and action points
- Connect the Country Office and field offices on supervision, programmes, advocacy and emergencies
- Draft briefing notes, talking points, decision memos, procedures and position papers
- Manage information flows for the Representative's Office and ensure timely team follow-up
- Research issues and prepare documentation for meetings, missions and external engagements
- Strengthen UNICEF positioning and coordination with UN partners, donors and stakeholders
Requirements
- Advanced university degree in international relations, political science, public administration or another relevant technical field
- At least five years of relevant experience in external relations, public affairs, international development cooperation, human rights or a related field
- Experience within the United Nations, government, an international organisation or an NGO
- Fluency in English
