Responsibilities

  • Support programme planning and implementation in coordination with operations
  • Analyse programme data and maintain knowledge for management decisions
  • Manage grants and budgets to optimise the use of programme funds
  • Monitor and evaluate programme performance and delivery of results
  • Apply rights-based and results-based approaches to programme management
  • Coordinate partnerships and collaboration with programme stakeholders
  • Prepare donor and budget reports for timely, quality humanitarian delivery

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, International Relations, Government, Public Administration, Public Policy, Social Policy, Social Development, Community Development or another relevant technical field
  • Two years of relevant programme, grant, budget, monitoring, data, knowledge, partnership, donor-reporting, child-rights or emergency-coordination experience
  • Data analysis and donor or budget reporting capability
  • Hands-on experience with rights-based and results-based programme management
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
