Leads field support for IOM-assisted migrant and refugee movements in Kinshasa. The officer supervises teams, airport and transit services, transport, interpretation, vendors and assets; safeguards at-risk travellers; coordinates government counterparts; and assures movement data, incident reporting and service quality.

Responsibilities
- Supervise field support teams, schedules, training and performance
- Oversee airport arrival, departure, documentation and special assistance services
- Coordinate movement operations with immigration and interior ministry counterparts
- Manage transit facilities, transport providers, assets, vehicles and vendors
- Arrange interpretation and pre-departure counselling for travellers
- Ensure sensitive cases and unaccompanied minors receive policy-compliant support
- Implement PSEA awareness and training for staff and service providers
- Maintain quality checks, incident reports, statistics and movement records
Requirements
- Master’s degree, or a university degree with two years of work experience
- Demonstrated proficiency with iGATOR, MiMOSA, SAR and Amadeus
- Strong spreadsheet and database skills
- Fluency in French and English
