Responsibilities
- Develop and test a public-private partnership model to expand the Mother and Child Benefit Programme in tea gardens
- Coordinate implementation with the Department of Women Affairs, Bangladesh Tea Association and district and Upazila health offices
- Provide technical support for programme delivery at national and subnational levels
- Assess the feasibility of scaling UNICEF-supported MCBP cash-plus services to other locations
- Produce a design document for wider implementation of the cash-plus model
Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Sciences, Public Policy, Public Administration, Disaster Management, Development Studies or a related field
- Minimum five years of progressively responsible experience in social protection, cash transfers or social-sector programmes
- Fluency in Bengali and English
- Bangladeshi nationality
- Availability for duty travel
